Destinee Burrell is a Commercial Litigation Attorney from Kankakee, IL. Destinee is a May 2021 graduate of UIC School of Law and is currently a first year associate at Husch Blackwell LLP in their Chicago office. She enjoys spending time with family & friends and also volunteering in the Bronzeville community. Destinee earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Ball State University majoring in Legal Studies. She is a member of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Chynnique Ross is a recent graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. Chynnique is currently a Securities and Business Law Clerk at Elizabeth L. Carter, LLC. At the firm, Chynnique focuses on Black women entrepreneurs and barriers to raising capital and assisting with client engagement. Chynnique is passionate about working to lessen the various financial hurdles for minority and underrepresented law students.

Jaylan Fisher is an Entrepreneur and HR Professional from Indianapolis, IN. Jaylan is the CEO of Goal Fit, LLC, a lifestyle brand that focuses on personal and professional development services empowering women to market themselves as professionals and walk with confidence in their careers. Goal Fit offers professional development services including but not limited to resume-building, coaching and interview preparation. As an HR Professional, Jaylan is passionate about helping professionals elevate within their careers. She is a Co-Founder of Black in HR Indy, an organization created for Black HR Professionals to connect and network in Indianapolis. Jaylan is a Ball State University graduate, as well as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Christina Smith is an Indianapolis native and received a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Ball State University in 2017. As a Financial Analyst with four years of experience, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries ranging from government contracting companies to nonprofits and most recently, a tech consulting firm. She specializes in financial planning and analysis with a keen interest in creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts. She has the privilege of being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
